3--All the rotors,mixing chamber,discharge door,and the top ram and so on can be cooled through water circulation with large cooling area;Meanwhile,this machine is equipped with the water temperature control system,which can effectively ensure the mixing quality of various rubber materials;

4--All the surface of rotors,mixing chamber,discharge door,and top ram,etc,which connects the rubber materials,are built-up welded with hard alloy,then being plated hard chromium,wear-resisting and corrosion resistance;

5--The end face of the rotors adopts hydraulic sealing,the sealing specific pressure is adjustable,reliable sealing;

6--The top ram adopts hydraulic drive,to realize constant-pressure control of rubber materials;the bottom ram adopts drop-type for discharging with hydraulic drive,stable running,short opening and closing time,being driven by oil cylinder,tight locking force is strong,good self-locking and sealing property;

7--This machine adopts intelligent control system equipping with invertor,its control system adopts touch screen and PLC,while the touch screen can transmit and display the running condition of the machine effectively,also it can be set different pressure and rotating speed according to different kinds of material and then all the settings can be on file by serial number,and the relevant procedure will be callout by inputting the relevant serial number during late production procedure to run the machine;

8--This machine can select the best rotating speed and pressure according to the hardness and temperature of materials,combining the electric current,to get the best rubber mixing effects,with the features of going green and environmental protection,and intelligentize;

9--This machine is equipped with a box-type dust collector,which can effectively reduce the dust pollution to the rubber mixing environment;

10--This machine can choose to assemble front auxiliary engine and rear auxiliary engine to work continually according to user’s requirements,to realize automatic rubber mixing.
