semi-automatically machine is to recycle different types tire(radial tire,nylon tire) into rubber powder(30-80mesh)and seperater the free of steel and fiber.

strips cutter is used for cutting the sidewalls and tread into rubber strips.

blocks cutter is used for cutting rubber strips into rubber blocks.
steel wire separator
bead wire separator is to separate the whole steel circle from bead.
cracker mill/rubber crusher
rubber powder producing plant(xkp series) is to crush rubber blocks into rubber powder(0.6-3mm)
Usage of shredder and grinder
Shredder machine makes the waste tire blocks with 50*50mm. Grinder makes the rubber powder with 30-80mesh.
